"Have us call you" Not Working

I have been checking for some time now, but everyday I get the same message after choosing "Have us call you" block: "Sorry, this contact channel will be closed before an agent is available to speak with you today. Please try again tomorrow."

 

I have tried mornings, evenings, and weekends for several weeks - still Contact Channel not working.

 

How am I supposed to contact eBay about them missing my Top Sellers discount each month since updating my Store subscription???

Can't help on the contact stuff..........but have you found it in Managed Payments?  Go to the expense page under payments and the credits show there

There is an easy way to contact eBay support during this time when they have minimal phone support. Just go to help & contact at the top of this page, and select the chat option, if it doesn't come up on it's own. I have used the chat option many times now and every time someone has responded within five minutes. They are very friendly and have resolved all of my issues in minutes. It's quite easy to use and available to everyone. You will also receive a transcript of the entire conversation for your records. Best of luck to you....

"Have us call you" Not Working

I base my missing Top Rated discounts on my monthly Invoices - since my update to the account, the discount is missing.  It's not present in the "Expenses" section for credits either.

The automated chat is down as well - it reports "Sorry, live support's currently unavailable"?!

I don't see an expense page under payments or anywhere else.  Is anyone else in MP missing the expense link?
