"This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout" Only nothing showing..

Oder complete days ago, but nothing showing up anywhere indicating payment is on the way.

No "Payout Scheduled", nothing under "On Hold", nothing under "Processing", nothing under "Funds Available"

I do not owe any money to ebay. Never had this happened before. I've sold 8 items in the last three weeks and have not had a problem. My bank account for payouts has been on record with ebay for years (but I "updated" it to the same account anyway), it's the only account I've ever used for payouts. Under the breakdown of the fees for the sale item it gives me my net profit (roughly $100), but again, no payouts are even pending.

The "message" appears on the order page, not in an email or via messages.

Nothing funny. Seller has good feedback. The "This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout" appears on the order page, not in an email or via messages.

Never seen that either, but then I've never seen the "learn how you get paid" button either.

Mine just shows the timeline as buyer paid - shipped - delivery, nothing about order being complete or funds available when.

Unfortunately I'm working this weekend so will have to put in for a callback from eBay on Monday.  Will update this thread.

It very well may be exactly what the problem is.  You may not agree with it, but it is Ebay's policy and it is highly likely that this is what is causing your money to be held.  Your account falls into the the description of sellers that the policy describes will have their payments held for a period of time.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

I understand that you may not want it to apply, yet it does.  You are a returning seller after 90+ days away and you have less than 10 current feedback or even sales at this point.  You do qualify.  Annoying as it may seem.  Is Ebay applying it to you, I certainly don't know

On your Payments Summary page, does it show any funds on hold?  Your answer may be in the details on this page.

For crying out loud, before you attempt to join the discussion PLEASE go back and read my post.

"This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout"

I'm not a new seller, I have sold several items in the last three weeks and ebay is not holding my funds and hasn't in years. If you read my post you would know all this. Now, once again, your comments do not apply to this thread.

If it's showing up as a hold, it should show up as "funds on hold" in the seller's summary. It will show how much is available, how much is processing, and how much is on hold. That's where the OP will see the hold, if there is one.

I've only had my funds held once, but that's the best of my recollection of what happens.

OP posted something from the Payments screen of that sale. If the funds were on hold it would show the hold, and when it's expected to be released.

I went and checked one of yesterday's sales and I see the same thing "funds are available for payout".

I'm going to surmise if it's not on the list of recent activity, that it's a glitch in the system.
