No "Payout Scheduled", nothing under "On Hold", nothing under "Processing", nothing under "Funds Available"

I do not owe any money to ebay. Never had this happened before. I've sold 8 items in the last three weeks and have not had a problem. My bank account for payouts has been on record with ebay for years (but I "updated" it to the same account anyway), it's the only account I've ever used for payouts. Under the breakdown of the fees for the sale item it gives me my net profit (roughly $100), but again, no payouts are even pending.

On the right side of the page where it says "Recent Activity", How does it balance out?

It does not show the sale under "Recent Activity". The last payout was on Sept 13th. The most recent sale in question was completed Sept 24th.

I don't see any feedback of those 8 items you sold in the last 3 weeks from buyers. Even one feedback should have been given. That seems strange. I do you giving feedback though.

I only see something for $900.+ sold lately...and of course I assume there was a hold on your funds for this sale? Correct? And this sale was over 30 days ago?

Before you listed anything, did you set up a ManagedPayments account?
Without that, eBay cannot transfer your money into your checking account.

As an occasional seller , your Payments will be Held for up to 30 days although you can use the Held funds to buy shipping labels.

EBay was very stupid not to require that new and returning sellers have an MP account set up before they could list. Too many newbies fell into that sinkhole.

I can't force buyers to leave feedback. The latest feedback I received as a seller is for an Alesis drum pad set, left about a week ago.  Not sure what you're seeing, it's right there under "Seller Feedback". And no, ebay does not place holds on my payments, In fact I keep getting inundated with ebay spam messages trying to get me to sign up for "Get Paid In Less Than 30 Minutes!" (for an additional fee of course). Usually takes three days from buyer paying until the funds are sent to my bank account. I guess I'll have to contact ebay support for a phone call to sort this out. Still nothing showing up in my account.

Ebay does not put a hold on my payments. Please note the topic: "This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout" Only nothing showing.. Again, ebay's own words for the sale of said item state "we've made the funds available for payout", only they haven't for some reason.

I'm not new to selling. I understand how it all works, that's why I'm trying to figure this out. It's obviously some of internal ebay malfunction of some sort. I was just thinking perhaps others had this happened to them and had a quick fix, rather than having to wait for ebay to call me.

Did you get the message in your eBay Messages?
Did you get it only in your email?
If only in your email, what is the extended address it was sent from?

Basically I'm wondering if the confirmation was from eBay at all.

Is it under "awaiting payment?"

Your last sold item was Sep 24, but I'm in Canada, so sometimes I can't see all listings.

Ebay has never sent me a message to tell me an order is complete and funds are ready for payout. I only get notification that something sold.

I think the email is likely fake and op was never paid.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
