"This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout" Only nothing showing..

Oder complete days ago, but nothing showing up anywhere indicating payment is on the way.

No "Payout Scheduled", nothing under "On Hold", nothing under "Processing", nothing under "Funds Available"

I do not owe any money to ebay. Never had this happened before. I've sold 8 items in the last three weeks and have not had a problem. My bank account for payouts has been on record with ebay for years (but I "updated" it to the same account anyway), it's the only account I've ever used for payouts. Under the breakdown of the fees for the sale item it gives me my net profit (roughly $100), but again, no payouts are even pending.

I did and got a callback, but was on an important call at the time. I'm off tomorrow morning and will request another callback and will give an update.

I'm not a new seller, I have sold several items in the last three weeks and ebay is not holding my funds and hasn't in years. If you read my post you would know all this. Now, once again, your comments do not apply to this thread.

Fwiw, they are inconsistent at best, and don't always hold ALL payouts on sales for new or returning sellers.

I FINALLY noticed that message on one of my orders I was looking at under "paid & shipped". Never noticed it before.

The OP is firm in their belief that the money they feel is missing is not due to any hold of any kind.

Really? The fact that I now see the same message you're talking about?

Solve the issue yourself I guess then.

Tried calling ebay this morning via the link you pointed to. I got a code I was supposed to enter at the prompt after calling the 800 number, only there was never a prompt for the code, only a request for my phone number to verify my account, then an endless loop of automated responses/messages after trying to explain my problem, none of which applies to my situation. No big, deal, I figure I'll go back and have ebay call me this time, only now my mouse pointer turns into a red circle and will not allow me to request a callback.

I'd say pointing out that they don't necessarily hold ALL your payments consistently would be relevant, but what do I know?

UPDATE:

I finally talked to a customer service rep who was mystified at the situation and said he's never seen this problem before, but confirmed I should have been paid and that my account shows no indication any payout was ever sent to my bank concerning said item that was sold. He said it looks like a system glitch and forwarded the issue to the IT department. I was told it will take up to 24 hours to resolves and that if my account does not show a payment pending or a payout completed by tomorrow afternoon to call back for an update.

Wish me luck.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.  Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is.  Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message.  It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

UPDATE #3

After speaking with four different customer service reps in all over the last few days, all giving me very different (or no) reasons why I haven't received a payout for the item. I came back from lunch to find my ebay account showing a pending payout for the amount owned on the way.

I have no idea what the problem was, nor do I think ebay does either. I thank everyone who tried to help. If this happens to someone else, you'll have to get on the horn with ebay to get it resolved.
