OK THIS IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL
I HAVE 2 PAGES OF BLOCKED BUYERS (2 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT) AND ALL BUYERS HAVE A 100% FEED BACK. REALLY ???????????????
Instead of punishing the sellers all the time for everything how about the buyers,
as I stated before IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED ON EVERYTHING WOULD STOP THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the world of eBay, no Buyer is ever actually blocked forever. They just keep coming back!

Since we can't give a buyer negative feedback, they all have 100%.

I have brought this up several times that ebay is the only platform where immediate payment is not required. Everytime I bring this up, the ebay cheerleaders come out with their ridiculous statements like we like that immediate payment is not mandatory in case people are waiting for their paychecks. This is typical ebay. Their technology and their ideas are old.
I have all fixed listings and require immediate payment but if I send an offer to someone and they accept, 9 out of ten times they never pay. So ebay Loses and I lose. I just can't understand this???

eBay should allow sellers to leave Non-Paying Buyers Negative Feedback. I. At times will accept an offer from a buyer who has appropriate feedback. Or at least it seems they do, until payment never comes.
If eBay allowed sellers to Brand these folks with Negative Feedback & I could see it when an offer comes in I can decline said offer based on the Negatives.
Unfortunately. eBay enjoys protecting these people.

I have 4 seller accounts on eBay and 99% of my listings are buy it now requiring immediate payment. Very seldom do we even send offers anymore. Instead we simply tell the buyer we will revise the listing in 5-10minutes and then they can purchase it with immediate payment still required. The only time I use the auction format anymore is when I have an item I am unfamiliar with or am not sure what the value is. That said, the amount of non-paying buyers in the small sample of auctions I have run in the past 4 months seems much higher than in the past. I had a "buyer" just this week win an auction with a winning bid of $286...the next morning they sent me a message saying they weren't paying a penny over $200. They blatantly admitted to running up the price with no intent on paying that amount. You think eBay cares? Nope...I was told to simply run the auction again and block that buyer. I had already sent a second chance offer to the back bidder who thankfully bought and paid for the item. I was simply looking to see what eBay's reply would be to that kind of behavior...sadly I'm not shocked.

Ebay doesn't care about the sellers or else they would allow sellers that get buyers that don't pay the allowance to leave negative feedback which to this day baffles me! I am getting hammered with non paying bidders and if you get an item on that is hot and by the time the non paying bidder process is over you lost steam not to mention watchers if a buy it now is used! My opinion to them was make all buyers have a valid credit card online that if ebay asked them why they haven't paid charge there credit card or if the item you had to resell sells for $30 less as an example charge the previous buyer who screwed you the $30.I guarantee that would either stop them or get them kicked off if they know that option is on the table

After over 20 years on EBAY, it has become clear to me that Ebay no longer cares about the quality of the Ebay community. It's all about the bottom line. No neg feedback for buyers, guaranteed refund for any reason, GTC and now managed payments to name a few. Sellers are clearly second class citizens to Ebay. The end for me appears to be on the 15th when I will no longer be able to list on my store. Oh well, it was a bumpy ride anyway.

As was stated before, a buyer can only have 100% feedback under the current system. I would estimate that 50-60% of our buyers turn into non-paying bidders. I have a few waiting to time out right now for the non-paying bidder to time out so we can get out fees back.
We have not left feedback for anyone in years, the system is one sided so there is no point. Once in a while someone will leave us feedback, but not very often.

Ebay has said that sometime this year, immediate payment will be required of buyers who accept an offer.......

It's probably Ebay pulling some kind of stunt preventing them from paying.

What would be the point of "eBay pulling some kind of stunt preventing them from paying"?
Would that mean that eBay's business plan includes deliberate efforts to lose money?
