This month my Store Fee was deducted from an upcoming payout, as have
upgrade fees (such as Buy It Now fees) have been for some time now. As
eBay had previously stated, these items are no longer being charged to
our credit cad.
My outbound USPS goes through West Sacramento and generally gets where
it is going in 2-3 days. However, there have been a few "lost" packages
