Oh, I don't know. For some people it seems that the title is correct as is.

There's a simple solution to that if you did in fact purchase a shipping label. Upload the tracking number.

Well did you enter the tracking number into Ebay on your order?  If you didn't, how did you expect them to know?

You can purchase shipping labels in Ebay, then the tracking number automatically loads.

Not much information or detail. I do not see any sold items on this account. What did you sell? Where/How did you purchase the shipping label? Where did  the item ship to? What carrier and what type of service did you use? Was this on an original order/shipment or was this in response to an INR case opened by a buyer?

As mam98031 mentioned if you purchased the label through eBay the tracking should have automatically uploaded to the order. If you purchased the shipping label elsewhere you would have had to upload the tracking information into your order. Click on your orders in seller hub and you should see the tracking number for the order. Is it there?

Can you expand?  More info would be helpful, so that others here can advise.

eBay took money from me for a baseball card that I shipped but didn’t relize I was suppose to provide eBay with the tracking number I give it to the buyer so now they say it never arrived

Sounds like you need to learn a bit more about selling before you sell anything else.  For this one, you may have to accept the case, but first, try putting the tracking number into the case they opened (presumably they opened a case saying Item Not Received?) and see if it's accepted.  In the future, always put in the tracking immediately, so you have less risk in situations like this.

When you look up the tracking number yourself does it say that the package was delivered?

What shipping method did you use?

Did you ship it from your local post office? If so, did you pay for tracking?

If you paid for the label with tracking at your local post office, did you pay cash or use a credit / debit card? If you used a credit / debit card you can get the date and possibly time it was billed from the card issuer / bank and then ask really nicely if a postal clerk can help you locate the transaction in USPS records to obtain the tracking number.  (I was able to do this a couple years ago).

Sorry you are having to deal with this.

You might try contacting the buyer again in a day or so and let them know you are working with USPS to track the envelope. Who knows, the card may arrive. On the flip side, some people are just dishonest and find joy in stealing from others.

Best of luck to you.

I believe it was a "P" as in "ebay help"
The OP needs help, with ebay.

I personally like the original title, it gives much colorful meaning to the situation at hand.

We are happy to try to help, but we need to know exactly what has happened?  Lots of questions have been asked, but right now we are guessing as to what you did.  If you provide some clear details it would help.  Are you saying you gave the tracking to the buyer or the card?  Was a case filed for non delivery?

Yes, all too often Ebay gets blamed for seller error.  Way too often by new sellers that are just getting their feet wet.
