there search engine is utter Cr*P these days ,in my opinion ( after using it for over 12 years and watching it slowly get more and more frustrating ) , they have lost over 25% of there buyers in the last 5 years 179m down to 134m and no sign of slowing down , about a million per quarter if not more , they have lost almost 50 % of there market share i think is was 6.2% and now its 3.5% , there GMV is down to where it was in 2013 that was a decade ago , and the recent update or what ever they did the past few months , every month ive been shrinking in sales , this month is the worst havent had a sale in 3-4 days , use to be 3-5 at a minimum a day , the only two things that i see growing is ebays Ad fees and my sales on other platforms , as far as ad fees i recently stopped promoting as my sales and views got that bad a few months ago( noting changed sales are the same promoting worked when Devin invented it , sales in a few days to weeks now it takes months USELESS) and no one at ebay can explain why ( they dont seem to care ) HENCE the shrinking GMV every quarter , good luck diversify platforms and use as many as you can , ebay is number 3 on my list now , use to be number one but they lost that space last year ... good luck
