What's the largest percentage you have a listing set to PLS (Promoted Listing Standard)?

And what is the current ebay suggested ad rate for that? I'll start. I have a few at 9.2% with their current ebay suggested rate at 12.9%. I'm probably going to lower them soon to around 3-4%.
