Resolved! How long should it take for resolution when a buyer does not recognize a credit statement?

Buyer states they do not recognize a credit card statement from March, 2023. EBay withholding payment since May 12, 2023. How long should it take for EBay to resolve this dispute. I forwarded tracking info which showed buyer got package in March.
