A dispute claim was filed by a buyer on May 12th - two months ago - and
money was withheld for me until dispute is resolved. (Buyer did not
recognize charge for item purchased). How long should it take before

Buyer states they do not recognize a credit card statement from March,
2023. EBay withholding payment since May 12, 2023. How long should it
take for EBay to resolve this dispute. I forwarded tracking info which
showed buyer got package in March.
Was told by seller that item is out of stock and unavailable. I
requested refund but have not yet received it. Have requested refund
twice. What to do?
