ebay stuff that they really didn't ...
I got my new listing page this morning. Love the larger pictures. The
only thing I didn't like was the "VISIT STORE" placed at the bottom of
the page. Should be near the top. Do you agree or not?
In the last few minutes I received an order for 5 items from a buyer in
Denmark. He is asking for an invoice but ebay does not allow invoices to
be sent to international buyers. I assume he wants a better price on
shipping. How would you handle this?
Has anyone sold anything this morning. Item sold and paid for ready to
ship but does not show up on the sales chart or show as ready to ship or
as even being sold? No longer showing in inventory either. Can it be
another ebay glitch?
I would do nothing unless he contacts you. Until then forget about it.
Just keep playing the game. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
Whatever happens happens and just keep moving on.
If you qualify you should be able to take up to 50% off. Just continue
with the refund and that deduction block should light up and you can
then proceed with the percentage deducttion.
If you end up having to refund don't refund until you receive disc back.
Many new sellers give the refund thinking the buyer will send the item
back, they never do. No disc No refund.
