Automatic way to send buyers an email, customizable to the item they buy from you?

I've been looking and looking but can't seem to find an answer to my question. Is there an automated tool you can hook up to eBay that lets you send a customizable email to your buyer, that is different depending on the item they buy from you?Thanks.

Bulk editing absolutely does not work for me. It never saves.

I intermittently attempt to use bulk edit. It never saves changes made to the main description. It does work for item specifics etc. Changes work perfectly well on individual listings, but not on bulk edit. I have 100s to do. Any advice?

In addition to selling collectibles antiques on EBAY, have any of you selling used rented booths??

Have sellers here used both Ebay and rented space at Antique malls for selling?? Curious as to what was or is your experience, costs, pitfalls in doing so at a mall??

I, too, get that message, however, it won't let me send an offer to any watchers at all because of blocking her. So I have a book listed with 7 watchers but can't send an offer to any. Very frustrating....

I've gotten occasional irate messages from people angry I won't ship to their country (I do eBay's Global Shipping only). I just explain once politely, then ignore.
