my canadian buyer couldnot bought with gsp

Hello
I am a subscriber to the Global Shipping Program where a buyer calls me who wants to buy my product, but he cannot buy as he gets this:
The seller has not specified a shipping method to Canada. Contact the seller- opens in a new window or tab and request shipping to your location
Although I am not excluded Canada from shipping to it
What is the solution to this? Is there any suggestion

It sounds like you have it set up for global shipping but you have not went into your account settings and changed the global shipping in your preferences. I had the same issue and realized I had to set my preferences under account settings even though I was set up for global shipping I still had countries blocked in the preferences under account settings. It only takes a few minutes and is an easy fix. Hope your staying safe and healthy..............Woody

A) I'm in Canada and when I look at your listings, none are showing GSP

B) Your account is registered in the UAE. Even if you're drop shipping from the US, I don't think you're able to sign up for the GSP.

C) If you want to allow your Canadian buyer to purchase, you'll have to set shipping costs to Canada but since most drop shipping warehouses use UPS, I would strongly advice against it.

Hello, thanks for answering
Daily I get sales from Australia, Japan and Germany ....
Yes, I was settled in the Emirates and moved to Canada, but I could not change the address
But what do you think of Canadian buyers not buying from me?
The first answer from the first comment I think is logical, but I could not apply it .

You can not use the Global shipping program because you are not physically located in the USA.

I don't think that's true........  could be wrong.

If you look at his shipping, there are lots of countries to which it shows shipping with GSP, but Canada isn't one of them.     When I change the shipping to the UK and then put an item in my cart, it tells me shipping/import duties will be figured at checkout.  Didn't Trump/Trudeau close the border to imports due to the virus? (not being political)........

That idea of border problem didn't pan out.....checked some other sellers using GSP and Canada does show in their list..........

I believe that you are correct.  It is available for sellers in the US & UK, unless I'm mistaken.

When you set up Global Shipping it is possible to exclude countries that you prefer to ship directly yourself. It looks to me like you have excluded Canada from GSP but you have specifically included Canada and have not provided a direct shipping option. This is why Canadian buyers see "the seller may ship to CanadasellersSEE

I've never used GSP but you need to check all your GSP setting to see "May not ship to Canada - Read item description or contact seller for shipping options." when they view your items on eBay.ca

Look at this page, specifically the section "Tailoring the Global Shipping Program to you"

You are located in Canada but are shipping from the US?

The majority of your listings are in the gsp and do have a shipping price to Canada.  You have about 15 or 20 listings that do not have the gsp but that isn’t unusual as the gsp does have some restrictions of what they ship and there are some items that they only ship to some countries. If there is no gsp shipping cost on a particular listing that means that you can’t use the gsp to ship that item.  If you are using the gsp you should set up a block so that the listings without the gsp wont show to people in those countries.

To set up that block go the following page and check off the following requirement and then apply to all listings.

https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to.

This requirement can help you avoid buyers who agree to purchase your items without realizing you don't ship to their location.

Apply above settings to active and future listings.
Existing bids will not be affected.

Here is info on changing your country of registration so that your profile page has the correct country

https://www.ebay.com/help/account/changing-account-settings/updating-country-currency-settings?id=42...

I noticed that some of your listings state in the item details that there is no tax.  When buyers in certain US states purchase a product, eBay is required to charge tax so stating that no tax will be charged is not accurate. Some buyers will definitely pay tax.
