November 2019 slow sales

After a busy October and a decent first week in November, sales and watch count went dead even over the past weekend. Are buyers waiting for Black Friday? Is this normal to be dead a week before Thanksgiving on eBay?

So an item that I sold on eBay is being delivered today. I bought and printed my shipping label through eBay website. When will my funds be available on PayPal? eBay's website says that it'll be within 24 hours, but I'm not sure.
