accused as drop shipper

So. I find out that ebay have evidence that i am drop shipper ( no i am not )

I asked for evidence and they replay - We wouldn't disclose such information to avoid circumvention of our decision and policies. 🙂

it is funny that you can be accused without evidence because i don't believe that you can without showing them.

i find out that location must be the same where i ship items out, but one of my items still was old address Riga, but i now location in another city Ogre. is it really it? (it is like 30km from old city)

I live in Latvia and ship from here.

or what wrong with my profile ?

Yeah, that's probably it. If you listed the location as one city, but then shipped from a different city, it could trigger the drop shipper flag. The system is especially sensitive for overseas sellers. Fix that listing. In fact, you can bulk edit all of your listings to make sure there aren't any others you missed.

Go to your active listings page in seller hub, select all listings, click the edit button in the menu above your listings. From there you can use the bulk editor to change the ship from location on your listings.

The good news is your only consequence was a lack of TRS status. Other accounts have been shut down over that. I believe your good track record, sales history, and the fact that it was only one listing and location was in your same country, bought you a warning and opportunity to comply with policy instead of an account shut down. Adjust your listings and hopefully by the next eval on the 20th of Feb your account will be back on track.

your account has non of the usual indicators of a drop shipper, tens of thousands of listings, stock photos, feedback complaining of canceled sales.

I have four different Post Offices with four different  Zip Codes in four communities within 15 miles. Depending on what I am doing is how I decide where to drop off item. So not using my eBay registered Zip Code could I be associated with Drop Shipping?

Assuming all of those post office zip codes have the same first 3-digits, I would say it's highly unlikely. Ship from a different state and you may get flagged.

OP's situation is different, in part, because they are overseas and eBay has been taking significant steps to deal with drop ship issues stemming from overseas sellers.

In New Hampshire, a postmaster told me I can drop any package with a label from an 03xxx zip code at any other post office with an 03xxx zip code, because they are all in the same USPS zone.

I have always printed my labels from my own zip code, but I drop them at one of a half dozen post offices around me without issue. I have been doing that for 20 years.

Ebay is not a democracy.    Doesn't matter how right you are.  Ebay rules.  Ebay wins.

@stephenmorgan - yes but it's less likely with a US-based seller.

@barn-tuning   If you Chat with customer support, ask them to look at the pictures of your items which are photographed on a background with your eBay name on it.

This may help a trained employee understand that you are not doing
"retail arbitrage".

And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

Which is sometimes a problem even when both parties have English as a first language.

They've accused me of drop shipping in the past as well, simply for dropping off packages at a different post office location nearby that had a different zipcode. But that was like a decade ago this happened to me.

I have 3 different post office locations nearby, all with different hours of operation, and I typically use whichever is convenient.

You really need to get a hold of a rep to clear this up, otherwise they might very well start putting all kinds of limitations on your selling abilities.

Retail arbitrage and drop shipping are two  different things, there are no ebay rules concerning retail arbitrage.

I am in the same situation and do this all the time and it doesn't matter the actual shipping point still shows your registered zip code. I hit a small problem once when I crossed a zone and went to drop a package at a PO. I had purchased and paid for the label based on my registered zip code but since I was across a zone the postal worker caught it during the scan and I had to pay a small additional fee to get the item shipped but the shipping point still showed my registered zip code.
