For some reason my feedback rating has dropped down to 98.9%. I only have one negative which was months and months ago, no neutrals and the rest are all positive. What’s going on?

You know what would absolutely guarantee raising your number? -Go back to giving your buyers positive feedback like you used to, however longer ago than a year it was since you stopped doing that. In many cases it's a buyer seeing that you gave them feedback which reminds them to return the favor! You've sold 54 items since December -that's 54 wasted opportunities to not only get in-kind positive feedback but also potential repeat customers. You could just copy-paste the same comment to all of them and have it done in 5 or 10 minutes.

Not a new comment but Ebay needs to overhaul the feedback system. It's Ancient. I had 100% feedback. Then a guy who was a problem years ago came back to be a you know what. Claimed a Vinyl Record somehow disappeared from the package. Must be that vanishing powder. So he leaves negative feedback again(funny how he never opens a INAD either time. Why? Because there was never an issue in reality. I believe the Son using his Dad's account) and bring my account to something like 97.3. Now with the positive feedbacks slowly dropping off I am down to 95.7. Kinda ridiculous Ebay let's a seller/buyer going on 20 years to have an account tarnished by a liar. And yes some people will not buy from a seller under 99.1 even though every other feedback is raving about the item and customer service.

Why didn't you block the buyer years ago after that first time they were a problem @slyders_finds ?

I did. He started a new account and moved to a different state(IP Address will change as well). Once he started giving issues with the second purchase, I had a Deja Vu moment. I remembered his Name and his new account ID was very similar to his last one. He obviously gets a thrill out of ruining a person's 100% feedback. The sad fact is the person on the account is the president of a Christian College in both Pennsylvania and Detroit. I guess he or his Son wasn't raised well. I have been trying to buy a few things on my account to help, but can't afford to buy a ton of things.

I hope you reported him @slyders_finds for circumventing your blocked list.

It has been at over 90 days, but I think I reported for Feedback abuse. Most of the choices ebay gives you aren't even relevant to the situation. I'm sure Bot made the denial on removing the feedback. I took a shot in the dark and sent a feedback revision request, but of course he didn't change it.
