I just saw a thread on the M2M board about tracking not being uploaded on time on Memorial Day weekend ... so I checked my Dashboard and sure enough I am now scheduled to be switched from TRS to Above Standard next month IF THEY DON'T FIX THEIR GLITCH.
I just checked Announcements and 12 days after the fact NOTHING! Seriously?!?
I already have one prior late shipping defect from eBay & USPS's ineptitude with their API software NEVER registering the tracking number on a package (1 of 5 shipped that day) and lost the INR claim because eBay had NO record that the item ever shipped ... then a week later the ENTIRE tracking history uploaded on the Sold file CONFIRMING it was shipped on time, CONFIRMING it was delivered on time ... so the Buyer got away with a Freebie.
The Dashboard says 19 Not uploaded at all ... what a load of garbage!

Seems they are at least acknowledging it and hopefully can provide a site wide fix..

I was just coming to post this too. Saw it on a Facebook board. Sure enough I had 10 sales that said I didn't up load on time and that was enough to drop me from TRS to above average. I did a chat with Reynaldo who wasn't of any help and then I received a call back from Heidi in the Philippines and she said that she hasn't heard of this issue either. So irritating, you work so hard to make the sale and send it off quickly and you get screwed. Rep said it should be fixed for me by the 20th, but in the mean time am I losing my TRS discount?? seller Protections??
I can see why so many are thinking about leaving or have left.

@mschacha - the notice eBay has now posted on the seller dashboard page does specifically say "your benefit's won't be affected" so you shouldn't lose that discount, but definitely keep an eye on it.

We have the same thing Happening! - 4 Late shipments on the 1st - May not have noticed it except for this Post - Thank You for bringing it to our attention!

It is looking more and more like an internal eBay glitch ... inexcusable that FIRST they even had it and SECOND they did not do anything yet ... in checking the actual Sold files and Tracking the items are shown to have their Acceptance scan ON TIME and DELIVERY CONFIRMED. Here are some screens shots from a number of them. So where is the break down between the tracking uploaded automatically when printing labels, getting the Acceptance scan ON TIME and the Dashboard NOT having any record that it happened?

I am envious - you have amazing delivery times per your attachment above. Wow. You have service out of USPS that I can only *hope* for.
(Sorry, again, for this issue. Glad e-Bay has at least acknowledged it exists, which while it does not add remedy to all those affected, it is a *start* in the right direction).

i get those same delivery times, USPS isn't that bad like people love to tout about - unless it's December, they are always backed up then.

@katzrul15 Where I live the first bulk truck leaves our local Post office just after 12 so the key on Monday's (or Tuesday following a Holiday) is to have packages there in the AM, that is the fastest we can get things to move. The first bulk center they hit is less burdened for that first wave of packages so in most cases they move out of the area PDQ ... from there we are at the mercy of the volume moving through the system.

Our shipments on average are about 5 business days - 1st class/Priority, does not matter. Of course, many are OH to west coast or TX, but still.

I'm seeing the erroneous Memorial Day weekend defects removed and percentage restored to where it should be this morning. Is anyone else seeing the same thing?
