I just saw a thread on the M2M board about tracking not being uploaded on time on Memorial Day weekend ... so I checked my Dashboard and sure enough I am now scheduled to be switched from TRS to Above Standard next month IF THEY DON'T FIX THEIR GLITCH.
I just checked Announcements and 12 days after the fact NOTHING! Seriously?!?
I already have one prior late shipping defect from eBay & USPS's ineptitude with their API software NEVER registering the tracking number on a package (1 of 5 shipped that day) and lost the INR claim because eBay had NO record that the item ever shipped ... then a week later the ENTIRE tracking history uploaded on the Sold file CONFIRMING it was shipped on time, CONFIRMING it was delivered on time ... so the Buyer got away with a Freebie.
The Dashboard says 19 Not uploaded at all ... what a load of garbage!

Generally speaking, the blues don't usually work on weekends. I would expect to see a reply sometime on Monday.

It would be really nice if this Memorial Day tracking uploading glitch were FIXED and all the late shipping defects I and others have received were DELETED so we could get on with the business of Selling running our businesses ... this is now all over The Community and I am just flabbergasted that we are now 12 days past the Weekend and eBay .... has .... done .... nothing .............................
My Dashboard says tracking for 19 items was not uploaded which is total garbage ...

@chapeau-noir Yes, I've seen corrections in the past BUT eBay got involved sooner, made announcements if memory serves, etc. I tired finding the Request a call back via the Help & Contact page like I have in the past bu it is GONE, they don't want anyone talking to them on the phone about anything. I sense they are creating this wall between Sellers and eBay ...

I agree and it's affecting a LOT of people..
There is just no good reason for this. These holidays come every year and there needs to be something in place to prevent this from happening..
Build it into the program, have an employee manually put in the exemptions or something!
It causes a HUGE issue every time.

These Holidays come multiple times a year and there are on average 6-8 Monday bank and Post Office closing Holidays ... here you go:

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I just checked and I’m affected too. Luckily I’m barely still on the TRS side of the line. But I still have the callback function for my concierge and I’ll try to find time to talk to them tomorrow (it’s tougher for me on weekends).
I’ll see what they say. But honestly I’ll guess that they may or may not say they are aware of it. Either way they’ll end up saying something like “best I can do is pass it along to he appropriate team and open up a ticket or add you onto the existing one. The team will eventually look at it and make the appropriate adjustments. The speed will be determined by the severity of the issue and how many are impacted.”

Another poster tagged two of the Community Team members in Message #7. Tagging them again less than an hour later probably isn't going to get any quicker response--especially at 9:00 p.m. Pacific time on a Saturday night--when you've already been made aware they probably won't be back at work until Monday.
@eleanor*rigby I'm sure they read The Community over the weekend, they just don't do anything and the more members that tag them on an issue the better, regardless of when they decide to do it.
