WHERE is the Annoucnement on the Memorial Day Tracking upload GLITCH?????

I just saw a thread on the M2M board about tracking not being uploaded on time on Memorial Day weekend ... so I checked my Dashboard and sure enough I am now scheduled to be switched from TRS to Above Standard next month IF THEY DON'T FIX THEIR GLITCH.

I just checked Announcements and 12 days after the fact NOTHING!  Seriously?!?

I already have one prior late shipping defect from eBay & USPS's ineptitude with their API software NEVER registering the tracking number on a package (1 of 5 shipped that day) and lost the INR claim because eBay had NO record that the item ever shipped ... then a week later the ENTIRE tracking history uploaded on the Sold file  CONFIRMING it was shipped on time, CONFIRMING it was delivered on time ... so the Buyer got away with a Freebie.

The Dashboard says 19 Not uploaded at all ... what a load of garbage!

I am also showing nothing from Memorial Day weekend uploaded.  I went from 100%  to 94%.  I contacted eBay and was told they would review it when they go over stats on 6-20.  I told them they need to correct it before that as it is lowering my rating from Top Seller to Above Standard.  If it is not uploaded then the items should still show not shipped.  Instead they have all been delivered with some feedback received.  I was then told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a fix.  Coders are probably off for the weekend.  This is a 24/7 worldwide business.  They should have people available to be called in when a glitch like this happens.   This affects so many good sellers and frustrates us.  Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Not likely to see much until Monday..

Even if some blues read the forum, eBay Corporate, that would have to address this is definitely NOT working the weekend..

Hopefully something will get done on Monday.. SIGH

do they work at all? Was under the impression ebay corporate are too scared of going into work and stay home all day, filming episodes of "The real housewives of CA" 🤣
seriously though ... i highly doubt they will address this tomorrow. I predict that Wed Community Chat will be half of this matter - and several days after that - come Friday - there will still be no action from ebay.

So very sorry to hear you now have another trajectory to tackle.

Let's hope this is corrected by e-Bay.  With many posting on several boards they are affected, I would think it would be addressed/corrected really soon.

Just as a heads up - the Have us call you option is available (weekdays) but it has been very well hidden, I think it was Mr Lincoln who said it was gone.........

You can still have ebay call you back, you can find it  'chat with an automated assistant' link on the same help page.   Click on that and the 'type to a computer' panel pops up. Scroll all the way to the bottom and then click on 'see more' and then scroll to the new bottom and there it is - "have us call you"

By the way:  This glitch is internal to eBay's programming between the actual tracking on the Sold records and the Dashboard recording and tabulation of uploaded tracking numbers.  I went back about half the weekend sales on Memorial day just to check tracking ... they show Accepted June (or 2, the one Buyer paid late) and they show delivered.

ebay tracking says that accepted June 2nd? General rule is go by tacking at usps(dot)com - ebay tracking is not always right or up to date.

In regards to not being able to contact/speak with a Customer Service Representative, do the following.  Under your "Seller Hub" page, click on "Help & Contact".  This will take you to the next page "Customer Service".  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us".  Under "Contact Us" click on "Selling".  On the next page, click on "Create A Listing".  On the following page, click on "Chat With Our Automated Assistant.  You will receive a pop-up window.  Scroll down until you get to the open box that allows you to enter your question/concern.  Type in "How Do You Make Live Contact With a Customer Service Representative"?.  You will then recieve the option to enter the return telephone number.  Click on "Have Us Call You". This will prompt the Customer Service Reresentative to call you.  Hope this helps.
