Seller and buyer here, using ebay for well over 10 years. but no one works at ebay. **bleep** am i paying them fees for, if there is no LIVE person to chat / call / email hell I'll fax my issue. But good luck finding a number/email/or live contact. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. Was going to help someone set up for selling now rethinking this platform. Total **bleep**
so if anyone has a way to get in touch with some one to resolve an issue with 'AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE' program please share. I'm over being mad and frustrated at people that these companies that **bleep** with our money.

Are you supposed to send an invoice on an item sold through the authenticity program? That message just looks like it was telling you that you can't send an invoice. It still shows it's in the program on your sold listing.

You need to go through chat box and explain your issue and ask for an agent to call you back. That's how you get a in touch with a live agent. Nobody here can help you get in touch with a live agent. We are your peers. You will need to do that yourself.

EBAY should be more DUCKING professional. Free country! can type and use any language. wouldn't be taking it to this forum if there was a resolution that wouldn't waste time and energy. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH A LIVE PERSON. Don't hold your breath!

I don't think any reps can assist with authenticity guarentee issues.
Pretty much all decisions are final.

First Authenticity Guarantee it doesn't look like it was removed from your Nike listing.
Second if your buyer hasn't paid by the 4th day you can cancel the sale, recoup your selling fees and relist.

These US CS agents who are employed by eBay and been known to be very helpful. Many positive posts on this forum concerning a positive outcome. Reach out to them today and let them know your issue. Try leaving the "bleeps" out of your conversation as well, most reps won't reply if you curse at them.

We sold these a few days ago and been waiting for payment. When we look at the order we were shocked to see a note that says ebay removed the authenticity guarantee. Now we can't get the buyer to pay for shipping or anything.
All our other NIKES are on the program and have all passed - one issue we are still fighting over - but other than that we never had issues. Please advise. we really need to sell these and ship.
Could removal of authenticity guarantee and non-payment have something to do with box condition? Most buyers of collectible shoes want perfect boxes so when buyer saw full description they backed out.
If the buyer has not paid as stated above, wouldn't you just report the buyer for non payment and relist? Shipping and item cost are not 2 separate payments, they are one. So not sure how you would expect a separate payment for shipping?
Most of the other platforms have gone to much the same CS, so don't think you will get any better help else were from all the posts I have seen.

I don't see why you need a cs over this.
If they haven't paid within 4 days you cancel the order 'Buyer hasnt paid' and relist.
CS would not be able to do anything for you.
