Seller and buyer here, using ebay for well over 10 years. but no one works at ebay. **bleep** am i paying them fees for, if there is no LIVE person to chat / call / email hell I'll fax my issue. But good luck finding a number/email/or live contact. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. Was going to help someone set up for selling now rethinking this platform. Total **bleep**
so if anyone has a way to get in touch with some one to resolve an issue with 'AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE' program please share. I'm over being mad and frustrated at people that these companies that **bleep** with our money.

Let's recap what we know after three threads on this bad transaction and lots of heat.
There is no authenticity guarantee issue. The buyer made it up because he decided not to pay.
There is no need to do anything other than cancel the order for non-payment which is a procedure well documented in the help files.
There is no reason to communicate with anyone, and the time of many Ebayers who participate in this forum has been wasted. And we are not being paid to do this.

BUYER IS IN THE US - ACCORDING TO PROFILE
AND I CAN'T SEE EXACT ADDRESS UNTIL THEY PAY 😞 WHICH THEY WON'T DO IF THEY CAN'T BE AUTHENTICATED LIKE THE LISTING SAYS.
SO UPSETTING NOW FB FORUM USING AI TO ANSWER AND SAME ANSWERS AS THE HELP ON EBAY - COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING.

NOPE NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL
THE LISTING WAS CREATED AND THE EBAY AUTH GUARANTEE WAS ON THE LISTING - PUT THERE BY EBAY NOT ME.
NOW ON THE ORDER THERE'S A POP UP THAT SAYS EBAY REMOVED IT FROM THE AUTH GUARANTEE
I DON'T HAVE ISSUE WITH THE BUYER - THEY WANT THE ITEM - THEY JUST WANT IT LIKE IT WAS LISTED "AUTHENTICATED"

You will not find a phone number or email address for ebay. They call you, you don't call them. Click until you find a link that says have us call you. Save it for future reference. Ebay calls you very fast, a real live person. They are knowledgeable and helpful. And if you do find a phone number on the internet, do not trust it.

Are you supposed to send an invoice on an item sold through the authenticity program? That message just looks like it was telling you that you can't send an invoice. It still shows it's in the program on your sold listing.

Free country! can type and use any language
You fundamentally misunderstand the Constitution. Your free speech rights do not extend onto other people's property, including eBay's. No one has the right to hold a demonstration in my living room.
