In the threads with the complaints about the relationship between ebay and Webinterpret, as well as their implimentation of the service, there has been a comment or two, vaguely referring to having sold something and being happy. Few and far between and you would have to read through to find them - I can't help there.
However, before you get all whole-hog-wild about them, be sure you read ALL of their 'fine print' and understand how they work, what their limited liability is and how ebay responds to the possibility of duplicate listings and such - as well as fees, etc.

I’ve gone so far as to BLOCK webinterpret.com (and all affiliated websites I could find) at the router level so I could NOT accidentally visit a nefarious “Learn More” link like eBay did last time (I suspect they did it on purpose). I consider what eBay did as nothing short of installing malware on the computers that clicked that link.
