I wish to update a sale item from 15% to 30%

After almost 2 months of the day of purchase this buyer had no complaints and never asked for a refund..Now he sends me negative feedback ...I asked him why he didn't contact me ...no response---can I have this neg gative feedback removed?

I have been a seller on eBay for many years and here is a problem which comes up frequently---When a buyer has a question about an item I usually make an offer when I answer the question . The buyer often complains that there is NO LINK FOR A COUNTER...

Did anyone receive a 1099-k form from  eBay?
