Unsold items that are ending today are not automatically being relisted

Apparently items that have been ending today are not being relisted. eBay doesn't know where they are and they are working on it. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them before the announcement came up that they are having this issue. I wish they would send a note to all sellers letting them know. Been watching my total items listed shrink and shrink as the day goes on.

I called eBay yesterday and got this answer so now I’m not sure what to believe??? I’m hopi g it’s just a glitch on their part and we will all be restored to automatic relisting.

I believe there were similar issues at the end of February last year or the year before. The issues resolved themselves by the next day.

The second poster (and the CS message) would appear to be talking about the auto relist option for auctions, not the vanishing because it's the end of February FP listings.

Hey @dhbookds! It sounds like @kinilees1 is running into ALERT14496 which can been seen on our Tech Board here. There is a site wide ticket to have this fixed and if sellers are running into this they can reach out to customer support ot have their account added to the ticket.

Nope.......first of all I was referring to the message to Message #2......where @dancinggrneyes quotes CS..........

And it was my mistake...........dancing is listing mainly auctions..........and I now "think" is questioning why the auctions are not automatically relisting.......the response from CS is probably appropriate, tho I'm not entirely sure when the auto relist auctions apply...........the "segmentation" explanation is vague.....but, since it's apparently an automated function considering multiple parameters, there is no way to explain it on an ABC basis......

Auction listings.  Was told by eBay rep they’re no longer available for older established accounts??? 

Please verify what is going on!! I see they’re no longer available, I also saw there’s a glitch??

I believe you would need to manually relist them.

Pretty sure they're just "gone", and not in any unsold tab or anything.

Few months ago I had a similar issue. The ending listing were not relisted as active rather plunged into unsold inactive ones. I found out that EBay restricted my account because off not paid subscription fees for the previous month. Ebay has a set-up for AUTO collection of all fees, subscriptions, and manages payments as well.... so they did not charge my account for the monthly subscription the previous month...., and restricted my account....., and here we go: the listings were not able to be relisted. Ebay figured it out pretty quickly, and fixed it. Sure the same time they charged my account with double subscription fees.
