Total Funds Not Adding Up Correctly - Ebay shorting payments?

I just checked my payments tab and it appears that Ebay is shorting my payments.  Added up total payments in after fees and shipping and short almost half.  Called Ebay CS and they confirmed that my payment appears short.  Is this happening to anybody else?  How long has this been going on?

I checked ebay system status board, it's show that "Billing" function has problems.

also they say "The eBay system will undergo general maintenance from approximately Oct 13, 2022 at 10:00pm PDT to Oct 14, 2022 at 12:00am PDT. During this maintenance period, certain site features may be intermittently unavailable or slow."

@msachs3586  I just checked my account activity and my last two sales are not being included in the "processing" section. Totally missing from my funds. Anyone else? Not sure what is going on but don't care to be shorted on my money.

@valueaddedresource , @msachs3586 , @aqeeqsouq . I just got off the phone with an ebay representative. He said they are aware of this "glitch that has been going on all day with lots of people calling in" and they are working on it.

Yes this is happening to me now. Ebay seems to have shorted me like 10 bucks. My order earnings say 56.58 yet they only sent me a 44.84 payout. They make it quite difficult as I can’t even see this 44.84 number anywhere on my eBay page…. I guess if they take 10 bucks here 10 bucks there they make tons of money. It’s too much of a hassle for me to try to track this down through automated services that eBay has so I’m just gonna leave it. I guess not much you can do about it. These big guys can do whatever they want.

Try going to your "payments" tab and click on Payouts or All Transactions.

You should probably start a new thread, since old ones like this will be locked shortly.

As far as your payout goes, keep in mind that any labels you print will immediately be deducted, even if that payment hasn't cleared, so check your payment summary which shows what is credited and deducted so far.
