Was sick a few days last week.
Decided to go to the doctor.
Not knowing how serious my illness was, I decided to put myself on time away.
I was rushed to rhe hospital by ambulance.
Turns out it was serious.
I'm still on the hospital.
I may get s ding on one item I was not able to send.

Hope you recover and feel better soon! I know you’re always great at communicating with your customers, and I doubt your late shipping percentage is already struggling, so hopefully this won’t cause your account any issues beyond the ding.

Get well soon! Your health is so much more important than that item. Maybe reaching out to your buyer and explaining your situation will make it OK. One ding is not the end. I still want to believe there are nice, kind, sympathetic people out there!

Dang James; wish I was there to help. Hang in there buddy!

Please get better!!! Nothing is more important than your health. Try to let your buyer know, if possible. If you get a ding, it never hurts to call eBay to see if they have any grace for you. I'm always a fan of asking questions, even if I am pretty sure I know the answer.
I do not have a backup person if something happens to me. I've got good organization, but it does not help should something happen to me. It actually might behoove me to talk to feel out one of the other resellers in my area to see if they could assist me should something medically happen....and vice versa.

It's great you could quickly react and set time away. Hopefully that one delayed item can work out, I'm sure it will. Most people are understanding that stuff comes up. Hope you are okay!

If you have no nearby friends or family who are up to the task, a fellow reseller in the area would probably be the next best thing, as they're familiar with all the steps involved. (You, ah, might want to discreetly change your passwords once you're back in the saddle again.) Good luck.
P.S. Actually, thinking about this some more... you would only need to get the item into the hands of the person who will be doing the mailing for you, and give them the buyer's address for the package; they would not necessarily need access to your account if you still do. Have them give you the tracking number when it goes out, and you can upload that to the sale (as you apparently still have access at the present time).

Hope you're getting the best care and support during this challenging time 🙏. I've been in a similar situation before, and it's amazing how quickly life can change. Sending you positive vibes for a speedy recovery 💕. Take all the time you need, and don't stress about the item – your health is way more important. Feel better soon.

Why are you not able to ship out in time? That is highly unprofessional. You should have taken steps to have your orders fulfilled in case of an emergency.
Just kidding, hope you feel better. Message the buyer, offer free shipping for the delay. They are likely to say don't worry about it and just ship when you get a chance.

Most people are very understanding!
Take care, James - we of the Sarcasm Club can't afford to lose you!

There have been several times I have contemplated sacrificing my children to make it to the post office on time to not get dinged for shipping out late. I totally understand where he is coming from, with or without painkillers.
