Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place. Last one on an ebay announcement page was dated ‎08-01-2017. I think it would be nice to have a place to look for the "glitch of the day" so to speak, so we don't all waste our time on repetitive posts.

Again if there is such a page here , please let me know.

Above under Seller News is a link to the system status page. This page is supposed to alert us of system issues, but it almost never does.

eBay has said they will only update it if it's a site-wide issue, so if 25% of users are affected by something you won't see it there. And yes, that makes the page pretty useless.

A month or two ago they introduced the new store layout and most store owners had issues with categories or images. It was bad enough that they changed back to the old format after a couple of days and when they changed to the new format a second time there were still issues with categories and images.

Not every seller has a store and not every store was affected so it was nowhere to be found on the system status page.

What are all the issues right now?

- Missing photos on auto-relists

- Problems uploading photos

- Missing photos on variation listings (separate from relist issue)

- Problems with tracking and on time shipments being recognized

- View counter showing -- or 0

- eBay Bucks page not loading for many

What else? I honestly can't keep up with all of it.

How could I forget one of my favorites and the reason I went shopping at other sites yesterday - search producing zero results even when eBay has several listings matching search terms and category selected.

Right. There's been ongoing photo issues for over a week, with pictures non-op on millions of GTC listings that auto-renewed. That Status page is basically a big photo of a pacifier that never changes...

The old Announcements section on your MyeBay page (that was actually something everyone would see) that went dead last year has been replaced by this:

I just thought of something. To award a bit of credti to ebay, perhaps they don't even know there is anything amiss until we tell them. However, after a day or so, there should be some sort of site wide announcement.

You say almost, but I say never. I have been on eBay for many, many, years and I have never ever seen 1 announcement of the trouble that goes on with eBay. Never, never, never, ever.

Ahhh, in French, that is the glitch du jour!

Sorry but there is no such page. However, Blues do pop in on threads that report issues from time to time, and let you know that they are aware of it and are working on it, or to request further information.

Shirley you're joking! Yet, there is no Announcement, and the System Status page is "A-OK"!
