This is a problem with the print dialog that's being sent to your machine. You won't be able to print your labels exactly the same as they used to until the programing for the dialog is repaired/changed. The best I've been able to do is one per page and they are printing a little larger but not by much.
eBay will likely point the finger of blame at Pitney Bowes but the timing of this problem matches up too well with the spring seller update for me to buy that excuse. Typical incompetence at eBay. Make changes that negatively affect and discourage sellers which slows down production and income for both parties and then try to resolve the problems created by making more changes.
