Why does eBay keep asking me to verify my seller status? I've done it three times today already!

Where is it? eBay says you can opt out, but they sure make it difficult to do so.

Shipping labels printing too large?

Suddenly all my shipping labels are printing vertically, filling an entire sheet of paper. I can't seem to find any way to correct it.
