You are drop shipping from a lot of different locations. Risky business practice. You are trusting people to ship your items from your sales located elsewhere. Many times they do not. You will be paying out in refunds. You are overcharging for things that are not that expensive. $104 for a hand braided rug? Others are selling them for under $20. It also looks like may be drop shipping from a retailer. That's a violation.
It is clear that you are not very experienced as a seller. Think about lowering your prices (alot) & attending the Ebay Academy:

That's all I can suggest for now.
Good luck.

Looking at your first page of listings is a turn off as a buyer. I do not buy from someone whose eBay listings look like a brick & mortar store catalog. I prefer the folksy homestyle pictures or photos that are clearly taken by the seller. This gives me a much higher level of confidence that I am helping someone who is selling on eBay to either improve their financial situation or solely support themselves. To me, this is the essence of eBay whether eBay chooses to believe that or not.

I know people claim there is a legitimate use of services like Bluecare Express and Aquiline, but I really wish eBay didn't support them.
