EXPIRED NEGITIVE FEEDBACK NOT REMOVED

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET OLD NEGITIVE FEEDBACK DROPPED? MY ONLY NEGITIVE FEEDBACK IS OVER A YEAR OLD AND STILL SHOWS UP AT 6 MONTHS OLD ON MY PROFILE. CANT GET THRU TO EBAY AS USUAL. SO OLD, THE ITEM NUMBER IS INVALID.
