Repeat Buyer tag...

tyler@ebay- I don't want to post my selling account info here- but I can e-mail you an example or two where the repeat buyer tag isn't showing but seemingly should be. It would be great if you could send the info on to the right team and maybe get an answer if the display (or lack thereof) is an error or if it's due to a repeat buyer requirement not being met.

Since you already left the office for the day I'll get the info together and send the e-mail tonight with screenshots and a link to this thread so you can check it tomorrow.

Thanks for the updates and insight here everyone! I've asked the product team involved to get us some more detail and I'll update this thread as I hear back.

I was not aware of this & got linked here from another thread.

I checked my repeats that I recognize & I DO have the tag but I never look at the orders page lol, so I would never see it.    Where it would actually be handy is on the Send Offers options.

tyler@ebay  It's been about a month on this thread, any update on this?

Is there a way to see what the "repeat buyer" has purchased in the past and when? It's great to know I have repeat buyers but it would be nice to have a bit more information.

There are 2 ways I know of @oh_you_pretty_things :

1. Search the buyer ID in your e-mail (assuming you archive sale e-mails).

2. Within eBay sales reports, which every seller should be downloading quarterly or annually to do their taxes.

There is no way to search on eBay unless at least one of the previous sales was within the last 90 days - then you can enter the buyer ID on your orders page search to see if anything comes up from the last 90 days.
