Be Careful When Using "Sell A Similar Item"!!

I really despise the recent changes on eBay. When I went to use the "Sell a Similar Item" today, it changed the shipping to FREE SHIPPING. I thought it was just a glitch and it only changed it on that one listing, but nope, it's doing it on every new listing. I rarely offer free shipping unless it's something inexpensive and very lightweight.

I just created 6 new listings using 'sell similar' to one of my other items, yesterday.

They did not come up as 'free shipping'.

OP is talking about using "sell a similar item" from another seller's listing.

Shipping isn't the only thing you need to pay attention to. Item specifics need to be fine-tooth-combed.

Interesting to know and I would understand that it's very possible if you use 'someone elses' listing that a.) it could have had FREE SHIPPING and b.) That 'seller' is probably from a different zip code so if you are using Calculated- it would need to be changed. 

But...the OP did NOT state that's what they did....
