Permanent Restriction Reversal

My account of 17 years and thousands and thousands of items purchased and sold has been restricted.  I've got 100% feed back for buying and selling yet somehow my account is permanently banned by Ebay because I sent a Christmas present to my son from my account.  (his account I guess is restricted)

How to I get my account back?  There is no one at Ebay that I can discuss this with.  I've talked to Customer Service...and they just read the script without offering any option for me to continue.

This is blowing my mind this lack of of "customer service".   

YOUR DONE  is all I can get....truly amazing.

Here's why.  You bought an item and then changed the ship to address. Ebay sees this as a 2nd address for you.  As a buyer one has an item shipped to themselves.  Yes, I know people do this all the time, especially if they drop-ship.  But, you're doing this says to Ebay the restricted account is you.  I don't know if you can convince them otherwise; I doubt it.  You may have to start over.

Okay, then yep you're done. Any link to a banned account will lead you down the same road.

This is quite untrue, at check out you can change the address to send to whomever you please, so long as the address matches the order the seller is covered.

I purchase regularly for gifts and send direct to the recipient - and have so done many times using many addresses.

The reply above is correct - son's account has affected the OP's account.

Were you able to get your acount back?  We just had ours shut down with out reason...

Obviously they did since they have 1 item listed for sale after all these months.
