Nope. And you also can't leave a negative remark in a Positive feedback reply either. Been that way since 2011.

eBay buyers are not required to contact a seller before they leave a positive, neutral or negative FB. Leaving FB is strictly a voluntary exercise for buyers and sellers. Nothing good every comes out of an an exchange of the " yes it was or no it wasn't" especially when one can't 100% prove their case. Sellers need to fully/correctly describe the condition of new & especially used items in BOTH pictures and words.

Just a little correction.
The ability for sellers to leave negative or neutral feedback was revoked in 2008. You just confused it with the year Ebay started charging FVFs on shipping. That was 2011.

While you can't leave negative feedback for a buyer, you can block them.
