Hi, sorry to hear this, but you should be able to get it taken down. Below is the policy with info on possible FB removal. When you get ahold of customer service, be sure to reference the policy wording.
”We know that a seller’s reputation on eBay is an important factor in helping build a successful business. For this reason, we always want your seller performance ratings and feedback to properly reflect the service you provide to your buyers, and will adjust these in situations where we find that you were not at fault.”

Saw your feedback - and your item. Yep, actually the buyer is right - you called it "new without tags." I don't know why eBay even allows NWT - that really means not new, but in pretty good shape.

I don't see anything in the feedback that would warrant eBay removing it.
The negative feedback is not half as bad as the unprofessional response to the feedback.
You could have covered yourself with a highly professional response and buyers reading it would still want to buy from you.
Wish I had better news but it is what it is.

Yes, sometimes 'unfair & false feedback' can be removed. In this case, it was NOT either.
Did you see your own listing and what it says right at the top about 'New Without Tags'??

You appear to be registered and list your items exclusively on ebay.co.uk. This is the discussion forum for members who buy and sell on ebay.com.
In order to get the most reliable advice, you might want to post your questions on the ebay.co.uk discussion board in order to get responses from ebay.co.uk members, since there may be subtle differences between the policies for the two platforms.
Here's a link, if you choose to post on the ebay.co.uk discussion boards:

Customer service is a joke, the option to leave negative feedback is damaging to sellers as some buyers abuse sellers because they don't want to pay for shipping or for item they original agreed to purchase. If eBay is not going to recognize abuse from members and place controls to prevent unpaid items and false feedback from happening, then install a control that allows the seller to manage this since customer service is no help. Since I started with eBay in 2014, the support from customer service has decreased in value and continues to get worse. It is time for a new platform to sell from, one that allows sellers to control their store and manage unethical buyers as they see fit.

You're utilizing these tools to help prevent unpaid transactions, right?

That bag was listed as New Without Tags, so the buyer was right.

That is available now as your own website/store

Ok, took a look at your listing, and like the others said, this negative is on you.
eBay policy requires a listing be factually consistent. You can’t say the bag is “Used” in the title, and then “New Without Tags” in the condition field. You are very very lucky the buyer did not open an Item Not Described case against you.

Your reply to the buyer just makes you look like you can't read.
Screenshots from 2 places on your listing.... YOU are the selelr and only YOU choose those the item specifics. Seller assumes FULL responsibility for the information supplied on the listing. Your mistake for misusing the item specifics to draw in customers. Any listing description inconsistencies are the seller's fault.

Oh, those pesky buyers....they expect items to be in the condition listed. Shame on them.
