My eBay Totally User UNFRIENDLY and USELESS, No Reason To Go There Anymore

I Used to go to My eBay many times a day for a QUICK look at my listings and to see if there were any bids or messages, but that is no longer possible.

It has become a nightmare of may page clicks and nothing ir either quick or easy.

So, now, I just won't go there.

I will use my email to see if there is anything new.

And delete all messages from eBay that have nothing to do with a sale.

There are OTHER sites that have the same listings as eBay and MORE and they ARE USER FRIENDLY.

Listing takes a lot of time and I cannot waste it on the CLUTTERED USELESS NIGHTMARE of My eBay.

Seems like all you need to do is go to the overview page and in the listings box click on the link titled all auctions.  As for messages click on  unread messages at the top of the over view page.  Easy enough.

I agree. I used to list almost daily and now I just can't deal with this site... no time to figure out the mess they have presented and I'd much rather spend my time sourcing, taking photos and listing - I guess that will have to be elsewhere unless they decide to change it back or fix it. 

... thank goodness there are MANY many options for selling online these days 😉

It is still very much possible. If you are going to keep selling you really need to get a handle on how to view your stuff. Going to email is the worst possible scenario on how to manage your selling activity.

Yes. Imagine having to do an extra "click" to stay in business and make money. It's unthinkable.

That's just it -- "an extra click".   Everything is an extra click, or two, or three...   I'm not saying it isn't doable, but it is annoying to have to do this repeatedly to see the same (or almost same) things we had before at a glance.  It is a time suck and some things just are no longer there anywhere I "click".

SH takes some learning..........Just like Windows 10 did..........but it's doable once you make up your mind to do it.  Many have gone before.........and use it everyday.........and continue to make sales.

If the time spent in protesting and ranting is spent learning........probably be a lot quicker and more productive......

It is actually not the extra clicks that I find so vexing using seller hub but the graphical display.  For one example, the various headings on the classic page were highlighted white against a gray background for easy finding and parsing.  On the seller hub page it is just an entire page of background white with only minor differences in text size.  It takes far more time for my graduated bifocals to find and parse items than just the additional extra clicking to get someplace.  I mean kudos to all those who think that the seller hub code running in the background is more modern and more elegant than the older classic page code.  But the end usage is, for many of us, a less desirable product.

Hello, helpful people! Can you please tell me where in this new setup I find the old Totals section, which can tell me how many of my auctions for the week sold, and the total amount bid on them? I've looked everywhere but can't find it.

I agree things are a lot more confusing since they have taken away the classic view but they don't seem to care. I have tried to adjust to the new platform but my sales have tanked since they took it away and I can't understand why. Please bring back "classic view" Ebay!!!!!!!

Learning isn't the problem!  The Software is convoluted CARP! Not seller friendly at all!
