Just received a message from eBay under the Subject line of "Action required: update your listing conditions." Apparently they're tightening up the definitions of what you can sell under the condition of "Seller refurbished," and a link directs you to "Review the categories eligible for the eBay Refurbished program on this page."
That would be fine if the PDF document you're receiving didn't start out with no fewer than 11 pages of Lorem Ipsum-style blank filler text pages and templates. Keep scrolling downward, however, and you will eventually reach the actual document itself. I had a bit of a giggle over the last line on Page 11, at the end of all the guidelines to the author on how to prepare his eBay document:
When you're coming back after a long holiday weekend, it's best to
As it's contained in a destination link rather than in the message itself, this will presumably get fixed soon. In the meantime, just ignore all the opening stuff in the PDF document and skip to Page 12.

The PDF is working for me. Seems they realized and fixed it almost immediately?
But yes, I do agree with your point to check or peer review before sending. 😁

The PDF downloads, but I see a number of pages with Lorum Ipsum on them.

The PDF itself is there for downloading, yes, but its opening 11 pages are nothing but instructions to the author and dummy templates.
If it's 83 pages long, it's not fixed yet. 😉

I'm not seeing that at all. I downloaded the PDF to my desktop within 2 min of you posting the link (you posted at 29 past, I d'loaded at 31 past and replied at 32 past the hour).
It's 70 pages, all with legit content. No Lorem Ipsum filler. Wonder why you guys are seeing something different. 🤷

We downloaded our copies before they got fixed, that's all. I kind of expected that there would be a mad scramble to fix it.
It may be that someone sent out the announcement prematurely, before someone else made the final edits to the document to which the announcement is pointing. eBay has a lot of right-hand/left-hand issues in their inter-office communications, and this looks to be just another (minor) example. 😉
