Had a item sell today for about $26 and it was only charged the 30 cents for processing and no final value fees. Says something about personalization? Did a quick google search and found some other sellers on a random forum saying it happened to them too this morning. Anyone know about this? I have messaged ebay for business and am awaiting a response.

I just woke up this morning and found a NEW CHARGE in my PAYOUTS tab from early this morning when I was sleeping. Apparently I sold an item yesterday early afternoon and was ONLY Charged The 30 Cent Transaction fee. So EBAY charged me the normal FVF Minus the 30 cent Processing fee with NO EXPLANATION I MIGHT ADD in the SUMMARY REPORT SECTION.

@katzrul15 I know I should know better than to hope - but velvet@ebay 's promise of "forthcoming communication" gave me a glimmer. lol

@ekmadonna - was there anything anywhere that tied it back to the correct order or made it easy to figure out or was it just a random generic "fee adjustment" kind of thing?

when I clicked on the Order number I just was shown a small thumb nail of item with the Final Value Fee Charge. I then went back to the sale from the previous day and saw the original Payment only showed the 30 cent fee deducted from my payout and no Final Value Fee from the sale.
