Increasing my selling limit

i want to increase my selling limit. i have 0 now. i cant call on the number because i am not in USA.

You can call your local eBay number and they can transfer you to the USA. I did that many times. I mean IDD is cheap nowadays, bust sometimes you can be on hold for 45 Minutes.
Do that and call once a month to increase your limits.

Your feedback page shows you are registered in the US, so not sure how this works......  but you need to find the ebay location nearest you......and sign in on it.......  i.e. ebay Germany, Great Britain, etc.  Then check at the top of the page at Help & Contact.  That will give you the phone number for that area.......
