INR case filed against me. Tracking uploaded. Now what?

A INR was case filed against me. I uploaded the Tracking info that says the item was delivered.   Will the case close on it's own or do i need to call customer service?

Also, i assume the buyer will be told "tough luck" by ebay. Will he/she be able to leave me negative feedback because they are P'd off?

You don't have to sign up for the program for eBay to put Guaranteed Delivery on your listings. When you offer free shipping and eBay qualifies the listing as "fast n free" then guaranteed delivery is automatically applied. This worked out in your favor as the negative feedback was removed because of the protections guaranteed delivery offers when you meet your handling time.

Hi @thebmwminipartstore_2, looks correct to me; the case did not impact your seller performance, the feedback was removed, and any hold on the funds were removed once the case closed. Is there something I can help clarify?

@7606dennis, I apologize if there has been a misunderstanding. Depending on the way the case is closed, feedback may or may not be automatically blocked. Some programs provide protection for negative or neutral feedback. Since more information has been shared here by the seller, I can confirm that the case was closed for them and the feedback in question was removed. Please let me know if there is something I can add to clarify this situation for you.

There is no guaranteed of item on ebay, I have a package that says delivered to me last week, Delivery says delivered, Even though I gave the seller the into that it was not delivered to me, She was to lazy to call and see at my post office, I never received it. I filed an INR and she had it closed because the tracking says delivered to my zip, Yet it was never even at my post office, Now I am out a package, Cant file a claim with Usps it was first class.  First package I ever had say delivered yet my post master says it was never at their post office it was computer generated as delivered... Not sure I even want to shop any more If Usps can just generate delivery without even showing up at post office!
