How to send an invoice from eBay app or mobile?

I’ve used eBay for years and am slightly frustrated. I can’t work out how to send a combined invoice for combined postage from the app or the mobile site! 

Every time I try and click on selling on the classic site using my mobile, it just swaps directly to the mobile site which doesn’t offer the option to send combined invoice?

It's great to look at links but please keep in mind these are archived links and with the mobile apps & many things ebay things change all the time

Archived doesn't always have the most up to date information.
I can say I use iOS and have App updates all the time so things do change
With that said I would ask on the mobile app board , there other App users as well as ebay mobile help staff answers questions

I believe ebay’s Mobile app is optimized for buyers, not for sellers. I couldn’t even begin to manage my business on the mobile app.

It’s frustrating that even on the page set up for mobile, not just the app, it’s not available. Because I don’t have or use a laptop or computer! X
