How do I report a new user that is obviously a scammer?

I just got a question from a new user who is obviously a scammer - trying the old money order at local pick up trick and wants a bunch of my info .  I went to the help and contact area but can't find a way to contact ebay about it.

The first question was one I get all of the time - are you going to relist this item.  Otherwise I agree with you.

I am trying to figure out how to report him to ebay - ebay doesn't have a mechanism for this.

Looks like ebay did the right thing and blocked the user.  I think that sending them the spoof messages helped as well as this thread.  Thank you ebay. 

@goodluckselling - obviously I wasn't jumping to conclusions about this scammer.

Just had it happen again - sent the email to spoof@ebay.com twice.  Ebay acknowledged my email and took care of it very quickly.  Thank you.

I had the same happen.  I only take cash at local pick up and video tape the transaction so that I have proof it was paid for and delivered.
