i am using chrome prints fine
06-15-2017 10:12 AM
Same thing here and I am using IE. I tried to reprint it using Chrome and it printed fine.
06-15-2017 10:56 AM
it always prints too small.
That happens to me sometimes........because I've changed the print settings.....or zoom settings in the browswer.....and forgotten about it.......once they are changed back to 100%, print label comes out fine.........
06-15-2017 11:16 AM
If the software was any good you would not have to fool around with zoom settings, the coders are inept, period, end of story.
They put little effort into the interface or it would recognize your settings and tell you to adjust or automatically adjust them for you.
06-15-2017 11:18 AM
lol, I should have known that you would "blame it on ebay"..........

LOL, the joke is on you, the shipping label interface is amateurish and has been for years, when you click on print label it prints it almost as small as a postage stamp, then if you click on the link above it prints it properly, or did at one time.
You call that world class ??
You have to be a careless and inept programmer to stick with this foolishness for over 5 years, now it does not work at all either way.
Face it, eBay marketplace managers really don't have it together, but we already know that, they must be deaf or have never used eBay, because they sure don't listen to sellers at all.

How can the joke on me??? lol, I'm the one with no problems.....
I've been on Ebay since 2004 and I've NEVER been unable to print a label here (except when MY internet was down).......yes, had a very few problems, had to wait a couple of hrs a few times, had to adjust my print set up in my browser (as said)..........and I've probably printed over 7-9,000 labels.
So........
