Having problems printing a shipping label, comes out blank, anyone else having this problem?

same thing happened here ebay is forcing you off internet explorer so you have to use google chrome or firefox they are not supporting the shipping label printing somethings stinks here spent 3 hours on the phone with them yesterday. But they care so little about seller issues they are more concerned about buyers that is how they make money. they dont care if have problems. totally unhelpful as usual a waste of time calling them JUST GO TO CHROME AS YOUR SEARCH ENGINE and poof the labels print

Do you know this for a fact that eBay is trying to force Sellers off IE or are you just infering it?  Every browser you listed has had issues at one time or another as posted over time here on The Community on numerous threads.

So I hand-wrote the address - took it to the Post Office and it shipped for $1.12 instead of $2.61!

It does not matter, it is still eBay's ineptitude if they can't figure out IE 11 new coding, they have to roll with the programming punches, if they can't they are not world class, we already know Pitney Bowes is inept, put eBay and Pitney coders together and you have a Titanic disaster.

No need for a screenshot, Instead when the option comes to open the screen in a new window, hit that option . I believe it will be a blue link that will print the postage in a better size. at that point you just bought the postage . when the screen comes up click on file on I.E. in the upper left corner and click on print preview , if you hit print itll come out blank again. after you hit print preview a screen will open with the postage layout , then click the little printer icon in the upper left and the postage will print. This way you can do one at a time and not get screenshots confused to which postage goes on which package. Hope this helps.

Sorry, that does not work man, that is the way I always print by opening the link at the top, because if you hit the print label button it always prints too small.

LOL, that is a JOKE !!!!!

Just open the link at the top of the shipping label where it shows the large shipping label image, take a screen shot of it and ship your orders.

Don't depend on eBay and do not purchase additional labels, this is a Titanic disaster !!!

yes same problem, I had to print label off paypal website, but priority prices are higher:( hope ebay fixes it soon

Don't waste time, after you purchase the label on eBay, simply take a screen shot of it, it is still good, just print it from the screen shot and go man.

You DON'T HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER LABEL !!!!

i know for a fact that they lied yesterday and tried to say they knew nothing about this and this is the first they heard about it and ran me around for 3 hrs yesterday for nothing
