Anybody else experiencing this situation. I have listings ended and they are just frozen and not Rolling over like they are designed to? Is this new nightmare of a feature broken already?

"Some of this issues expressed on this thread are not widespread and some may be a misunderstanding" I am the one who started this thread and it obviously is not widespread, and THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, I know and can see with my own two eyes what is going on in my store with my listings, with all due respect you may be the one not understanding. This is so far my issue and nobody elses but it COULD BE.

You are taking something out of context and not directed at you. I NEVER said you misunderstood anything. What I said that was that some of the issued shared on this thread are not widespread and some may be misunderstandings. Which is true.

I'm not trying to minimize your problem. It is important to you and I sincerely hope that Ebay gets whatever is going on with your listings fixed in short order.

But the only way I found it was putting the item # in Google. On ebay, it doesn't show up with an item# search or a search in "sellers other items" or in general search........

well thats great news (sarcastic) now I have ended items not even listed or showing as listed but they are still for sale through google! WONDERFUL. thank you so much for taking time to and letting me know this. Tyler asked me to TAG him about this earlier and I think I did not quite sure and I have not heard back from him. Alan also messaged me on the SELLER UPDATE Board and told to call CS.

I wonder if they show in completed? I will have to check, this is killing me as I have real work to do and I have 30 or so more items maybe rolling over in the next few hours.

looks like the others are the same: item # comes up in Google search, but not in ebay that I can see.......... they all seem to be active, in that I can put them in the cart....but unsearchable on ebay..........

I'm not sure I understand. On or after March 18th there were only two listing options, auctions or GTC.

If prior to the 18th you had any 30 day FP listings, they would run as you had set them up for 30 days and then end as normal. If you had a 30 day listings set up prior to the 18th that has a certain amount of auto relists set up on the listing, then when it relisted after the 18th, it became a GTC listing.

The GTC mandate did NOT "rollout". It started on March 18th for everyone. Any FP listing you set up on or after the 18th is a GTC listing.

I had 18 manual relists which started at the end of March that were 30-day FP listings. They all ended by themselves (as a 30-day FP would) at the end of April and went into my Unsolds.

This surprised me because, as you pointed out, I expected every FP item I relisted after March 18 would be GTC. But these weren't. For example:

I thought it weird that I could have a 30-day FP after the 18th, but, I've been on eBay a long time. I'm used to weird.

thank you, I couldn't find them either, and to me the completeds are a hot mess. I could find no way of sorting by recently ended.

I think I am going to throw up, 2 of the 3 listings just disappeared! the bulbs and the fly fishing rod which took me over an hour to do my listing on because there was so much info to add to my description. I can't believe this. I have 1 more sitting there is this going to disappear to? Indont know what to do now except end them all manually

I just found them, they finally unfroze and rolled over to GTC after 6 hours and are 19 spots up from the last 19 listings I listed manually. this is why I thought they disappeared, I still have that last one frozen that ended maybe a half hour after the original 2 early this afternoon. This is crazy. I am just going to manually end my items I have had enough of this GTC garbage. thanks to all who have tried to help me with this.

I'm just going to run through each comment as I read them (my computer and connection are too slow and cantankerous today to go back).

I tested all three item numbers and they are fine and can be found live under at these URLs.

While preparing this comment, I found that the first two (113703516494,113703516497) could be run through the search bar and this last one (113703659742) couldn't. If they weren't appearing earlier, that just means they weren't all indexed in search yet. Not sure why they would lose search indexing in the first place.

The start date on these two items is 2019-MAR-31 and the end date is 2019-MAY-30, and my scanner could find them, so that means they were indexed into search.

thank you, dhbooks commented that he/she could only find then through GOOGLE search and were active at least one of them. I did end the last one manually because I thought the other 2 disappeared. They just RE-INDEXED in my natural sort on My All Selling Page with an 8 hour delay? This is scary. they floated in right where they should have sandwiched in between the last 19 listings I relisted manually. thanks for your help. I still think I will continue to delist manually rather than take a chance that things may go missing or awry.
