Anybody else experiencing this situation. I have listings ended and they are just frozen and not Rolling over like they are designed to? Is this new nightmare of a feature broken already?

I just looked at your listings, and the first ones I saw ends on Sunday at 8am.

Ok, It just happened again, this time I had a batch of 5 auctions ending, all 5 did go to UNSOLDS, and 2 of the 5 are FROZEN on my All Selling page, or stuck with "ENDED" next to them, these 2 listings are a Doral Cigarette ashtray and a Fort Ticonderoga Brochure, and they are not in the order they were listed in either?

So far, I see 8 items that ended as unsold today and 18 new listings today (are all 18 rollovers?)
Are your 5 ended items appearing in the public list of ended items?

Hi, the 2 listings that froze when ended have cleared or refreshed and everything is back to normal. I had a total of 12 listings end today not 8 as you mentioned. Of the twelve ended 5 were auctions. the item numbers you requested for the 5 auctions of which 2 froze on my all selling page but were sitting in unsolds are 123739767791, 113722444395, 123739762599, 123739762602 and 113722444394. Notice the 2 that froze have the numerical 444 in the middle of them. As for the newly listed items these were done by manual relist not a GTC rollover situation. Thanks for any clarity on what could be happening.

I am going to log out and back in on my buying account to see what I can see for ended today on this account. I will get back to you.

I had 13 listings end not 12 as I made a mistake, all listings including the 5 auctions appear in Public list of ended items.

I've had listings stuck in current after ending if I happen to refresh my screen at the same moment they are ending. When I refresh again, they display in the proper areas.

Thanks for providing those item numbers. As you mentioned, those are auctions, not GTC, so "stuck items" is probably neither a GTC nor an Auction problem. Because the stuck items cleared on their own from your selling page, and because no one else has yet raised that issue, we might look for other reasons the page gets stuck. I think, based on your prior comments, that the problem is limited to your All Selling page, but we should probably let some GTCs get stuck to verify. Does a page refresh clear out the stuck items?
I'm thinking there may be a script that needs to load that might be inhibited by a browser addon or perhaps a script that is outdated. Have you cleared your browser cache recently to see if that helps?

Refreshing does nothing, logging in and back on does not do it either, it usually takes a half hour or so before everything is back to normal. I will use my CCleaner tonight and see if this continues. this has been a current sporadic issue going back at least a year for me.

It looks like I spoke too soon as @fern*wood and @myjunqueyourtreasure both have somewhat related experiences. And yes, GTCs didn't actually relist until 5 minutes after renewal. My tools were once able to differentiate GTC from short duration listings due to that five minute offset. But 2 years ago, eBay eliminated the 5 minute offset from their renewal timestamps. I don't know whether or not they closed up the actual gap in renewals or whether delays are now simply due to indexing.
@ekmadonna does CCleaner clear your cache? If so, that would be a good move.

I have had the same issue with listings that were to roll over yesterday AM and I watched as they were ending but they never relisted as supposed to with the great new system GTC. I was on the phone yesterday morning for over 1 1/2 hours and last evening for 2 hours. The representative said there were no other complaints regarding this issue that she could see on their records but did see on my site where 11 items ended and were not up again. She sent the tech team a message and did speak with her supervisor regarding what she saw herself and was told. It will be addressed I am hopeful anyway. Perhaps with this issue causing sellers to not have their GTC items relisted they will reconsider this new program. In the mean time I am taking my listings down and relisted them myself. This is an issue not one of us sellers needs. Hildi

If you take the listings down so that the tech team can't see what is happening, it will be much harder for them to figure out what is happening. The programmers need to observe the action as it occurs.
I do have a question for both @hildi123 and @ekmadonna
Were the listings that failed to renew created originally as GTC, or were they prior 30 day listings that were manually relisted and converted at that time to GTC, or were they 30 day listings with auto-relist turned on that auto-converted at auto-relist?

yes c cleaner clears everything
