Fees

Hey people,

I’m back with another newby selling questions regarding fees.

On a recent payout of $190.00

I see my fees are $27.14

The shipping label was $7.60

So I have a net of $155.26

The direct deposit ends up being $145.10 to my bank.

I am at a loss as to where $10.16 disappeared to.

I don’t see any notice of deduction coming from my bank.

Anyone?…..any ideas?

Monica, Yes I did. It’s the same.

I went to the payout section where the bank transaction number is.

It shows $ 155.26 with a payout number associated to my bank.

It looks like I made to call the bank on this one.

This is not my first payout and curiously, all the other payouts match between eBay and my bank.

How much was the sales tax that the buyer paid, ebay collected and forwarded to the buyer's state? Was it about $10?

Buyer paid $12.59 in taxes.

You haven’t explained nothing to me!

That is quite interesting if that was the payout; I will be quite curious to see what you find out....

That is exactly what I did, the payout breakdown has no accounting for the missing $10.00.

I see the amount eBay has sent me as $155.26.

I see all the other payouts thru their system and the payout matches the deposit at my bank.

This time the bank deposit is 10.00 less.

If there we’re any additional fees, eBay should account for them in the breakdown. I see no such accounting.

I’m going to the bank to request the deposit information. Hope that takes care of it.

The $12.59 in tax that the buyer paid will have an impact on your final payout. (fees are paid on the total payment)

Perhaps someone will be by and see this new information and be able to shed more light on the situation.

Its probably Sales Taxes - You see them in the total sale, which is what you pay the 13.25% fvf on, but you dont see them in the payout, because ebay pays them for you...

OP has verified all the proper information.....

the payout amount from transactions is confirmed......(155.26)

The incoming ACH identified as from EBAY at the bank is only 145.10 according to the OP post.....

somewhere, between ebay payout and incoming bank, 10.16 went missing.....

PLEASE let us know what you find out on this......

The only other thing I can think of is that the BANK credit is not the associated payout from ebay, but something else other than ebay (it's just a similar number) and the 155.26 has yet to hit the OP's bank.
