Ok I've seen similar situations posted like this. I have a buyer that purchased 2 different Commemorative coins from me and so I shipped both items in the same bubble envelope. Of course i have a USPS tracking number and they state that it was left in the buyers mailbox. However Ebay contacted me stating that the buyer opened a claim stating that he didn't receive one of the coins most likely because there was only one shipping label printed. So hes probably trying to get another coin or refund. These coins are of little value. I haven't responded to ebay nor the buyer yet. It aggravates me as to how dishonest people are these days. So should I give the buyer a refund and be done with it and of course it would turn into a negative feedback I'm sure. Should I contact ebay and state what took place and end up sending another coin and recieve a negative feedback. What would you all do?

When I've bought a First Class label on eBay with a weight discrepancy I get a refund for the excess shipping charges as a cost adjustment. The PO sends an email with the actual weight versus the weight you paid for.

So you sold 2 coins in 2 separate transactions with 2 different order numbers?
You shipped them together.
Does each order show the tracking number?
If so, respond to the INR case immediately.
Say something like "Tracking shows item was delivered on <date>".
Make sure you also upload the tracking number to the case.
Nothing else to do.
Ebay should close the case in your favor.
If there isn't a tracking number assigned to each order.
The order with the tracking number the buyer says he received.
The order without the tracking number the buyer says he didn't receive.
Then you're in trouble. You will lose the case.
You may as well refund the buyer for that order on your own.
In the future MAKE SURE each order has a tracking number.

did you upload the tracking # on both listings? Do this first before responding to case and include in your response.
My guess is that only one of the orders shows tracking and the other does not. Buyer probably sees that at their end and opens a case for a freebie.
eBay has made is a little complicated on multiple purchases from one buyer. Not user friendly like it used to be.
Currency buyers can be the worse. This is why my currency is pick-up only. There are plenty of local collectors, pawn shops, coins shops plus near me that they can make the drive, but they won't. lol

I would not send another coin. I sent replacements out before without even a thank you from the buyer. If it's a little amount of money I usually just refund them...block them and move on. If you put same tracking on both items that should take care of it...but...alas, buyer said you only sent out one. Hard to win this sometimes, I have been there where buyer has claimed he is missing something. Instead of exchanging emails I just send the refund with an email refund sent and move on.
Cool coins by the way.

Whenever a buyer purchases more than one item from me I let them know right away that I combined all the items into one package. I add the tracking number to all the items and mark as shipped. I will also send the buyer a shipping refund. As long as you communicate with your buyer you should not run into these types of problems.
